Can you help me gain control of my life?

So many people have fallen into the trap of a “routine” whether it be at work, at home or personally they often feel that they are unable to move forward with their lives. By helping you to tap into and understand the power within yourself and how to use it and more importantly how to use it effectively. So the answer is yes.
Do you provide support to your clients?

My courses and workshops don’t just end once the course is over. Changes at the levels that we are talking about, either in confidence building, stress management or weight, often take a “little bedding in” so I am available to offer you online and telephone support.
Do you run online courses?

I run a seven week weight management programme which you can attend personally. If that’s not possible I do offer online support on a weekly basis and also telephone access to me for the duration of the course.
I am a man, how can a self defense course benefit me?

The Suzy lamplugh trust says men are twice as likely to suffer a violent attack than women and that three quarters of all violent attacks are against men! Being taught how to be more aware and not getting into that situation in the first place can be incredibly beneficial but with the effective use of strong body language being emphasised along with a few “funky” but effective moves, could be the little difference that makes the biggest difference.
I am very overweight, how soon will I see results?

If the desire is strong enough within you and you follow my seven week plan and are willing to make Lifestyle changes you will begin to see and feel results within two weeks.

I have a large group, how many can you cater for?

That’s no problem as I can cater for groups of delegates of up to fifty.
I have been on diets and they don’t work. How is this different

A diet is just that, it’s a diet designed to help you lose weight within a specified period of time. Unfortunately once that diet is over there are no more instructions to follow. So what happens, you slowly and gradually drift back to your old eating patterns and gain the weight you lost plus some! FACT!

My programme is a completely educational and requires you to make Lifestyle changes. By changing your relationship with food and your eating habits and explaining the benefits of food I empower you with the knowledge that you need to make your own decisions. it’s also doubly powerful because I also use powerful creative visualisation techniques to programme your mind as well, so that once the mind and body are working in unison you are programmed for weight loss and more importantly weight management even when you’re sleeping.

This covers every aspect of your life from your physical well-being, to nutrition to the impact of stress on your life at home and at work. Once this has been ascertained I will then create a programme specifically for you to address all everything.
