Three day food diary

You’ve had a bad day, no one else understands (or so you think).

You had a cake that you feel you shouldn’t have, that tub of Ben and Jerry’s didn’t make you feel better for long and you know what you should be eating but hey – it’s not giving you the emotional boost that you require.

What if I could change that for you?

What if I could show you a way to enjoy your food and eat guilt free – would you be interested?

When you know and analyse what you are eating you can make better decisions. All to often we kid ourselves; that fruit and nut bar counts as one of your 5-a-day as it has fruit in. That healthy glass of fruit juice that we know deep down is just a glass of liquid sugar, that glass of wine that also counts as one of your 5-a-day fruits… and other little lies we kid ourselves with.

By completing  a three day food diary, literally filling in everything that you eat and drink, which should also include a Saturday or Sunday, including snacks that will provide full nutritional data and tell us everything we need to know.

You must be completely honest with yourself, because at the end of the day, if you’re not completely truthful, you will only be cheating yourself and I won’t have the full picture and know what’s going on!

With other details such as

  • Your age
  • Your height
  • Your current weight

I will give you a full and complete report that will give you a complete breakdown on your present dietary habits.

In most cases this a real “eye opener”!

How much protein, carbohydrate and fat is in your diet, but more importantly, where that fat is coming from, i.e. saturated fat (the one to avoid) or polyunsaturated fat (the good fat) that your body needs and requires and also give a complete report on your mineral and vitamin intake.

All this comes in an easy to understand graph and table format cram packed with helpful advice and tips. This plan will change your eating habits for the better – if you let it!

Includes 1 x 15 minute consultation telephone call.
